🪙 Membership Points Usage Guidelines

1. Accumulation Rules: Members who purchase general merchandise on the official website (excluding shipping fees and discounted amounts from coupons) will receive corresponding points rewards based on their membership tier. Points will be automatically credited to your member account 7 days after the order is successfully shipped.
2. Redemption Ratio: Every 1 bonus point can be redeemed for NT$1 off purchases on the official website.
3. Redemption Limit: To maintain the high quality of freshly milled rice and reasonable profit margins, a single order can redeem a maximum of 10% of the total checkout amount for that order (points cannot be used to offset shipping fees).
4. Validity Period: Bonus points accumulated in the current year will uniformly expire at 23:59 on December 31 of the following year. Points will automatically become invalid after expiration and will not be reissued or converted to cash. (For example, points earned on any day in 2026 will expire on December 31, 2027, providing a generous usage period of over one year).

1.
